Really good stay, as always. Exceptionally friendly hotel with free Wi-Fi and brilliantly helpful staff. Location so close to the Zocalo and masses of good food nearby, and zocalo, subway. Also, in the centrum. Beautiful building, huge and neat rooms.

The hotel was hospitable and absolutely great, it had caring staff from frontdesk to housekeepers.

We got a standard king room which was neat. The location was magnificent, you can visit Allende by walking. What's more, it was very close to the Cathedral and the metro station and the main square, cathedral, templo mayor, the shopping street, and the subway.

Free, savoury breakfast with original Mexican meals, had outstanding food. Cozy room, nice bed and a decent size bathroom.

Greatly enjoyed the a twin room we had with balcony. The location in a downtown area was magnificent and absolutely perfect and there were a shopping street and a local market nearby.

There seems to be noise all day and all night in tthe hall ways. There needs some noise reduction measures. Staff or other staff from other places close by can be hears chatting loudly at all hours. There are lots of weird noises in the night It didnt worry me cos i was so tired each night and had good earplugs MAKE SURE TO TAKE EAR PLUGS OTHERWISE

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! Situated in the heart of the Historic Centre, it is within walking distance of major attractions like the Zocalo and a metro station. Exploring the city was a breeze!

Everything was just perfect during our stay. No complaints at all!

Great location with very helpful and friendly staff who seemed to go out of their way to make you feel at home. A tip of the hat to Victor who was front and center everywhere around the hotel to help you out. There was both a breakfast in the morning and a dinner at night which was terrific to meet other hotel guests who all got along and it made for great conversations over a few beers. The area where the hotel was located was two blocks to the Zocolo and big catherdral in the Centro district which along with the staff to provide maps and Metro tips made for easy personal tours.
